Brandon ISSUEtraQ Implementation
The City of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada has selected AGL's ISSUEtraQ Customer Relationship Management System to augment its CartęGraph-based Asset and Work Management Systems. The selection of ISSUEtraQ is in recognition of the extensive request and complaint management functionality that is provided "out-of-the-box" in a web-browser (Intranet/Internet) solution that seamlessly integrates with their CartęGraph systems.
Kingston GIS Integration Analysis
AGL has been selected by the City of Kingston, Ontario, Canada to provide a detailed business and technology analysis of the integration between the City's Asset Management and Geographic Information Systems. It is expected that this study will pave the way for the City to more efficiently maintain these systems and will allow the City to move towards more integrated Geodatabase technologies.

Kawartha Lakes Implements Mobile ISSUEtraQ
Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, Canada has become the first implementor of AGL's new ISSUEtraQ Mobile. With a City area measuring 110 km by 45 km, this mobile version of AGL's aclaimed customer service application will provide city personel with real-time access to important issues on a range of Cell Phone, Blackberry and PDA devices, regardless of their location within the City.
City of Sarnia chooses AGL to provide a comprehensive WMS & AMS implementation

AGL was delighted to have 7 staff members attend our partner CartęGraph’s User Conference in Dubuque Iowa from October 1-4 2007. Some of the topics presented and discussed included "PAVEMENTview out with the old, in with the new", "Benefits of public works using GIS", "New Mobile SIGNview in action", "New generation of Flex Technology", and "Financial Integration: Benefits and Challenges". The conference also afforded an opportunity for our respective technical teams to meet and gain a mutual understanding of what our technology paths should be for the next three years.

Kawartha Lakes Lauches ISSUEtraQ Live
Customer Service excellence is a major priority for Kawartha Lakes. The City of Kawartha Lakes, with a base population of 70,000 rising to 120,000 in peak vacation season, has launched AGL's ISSUEtraQ enterprise CRM/SRM application across the City that includes 6 distributed Service centres across an area close to 100 miles long and 40 miles wide, with intended eventual use by over 220 Users.
This is the first phase of a three phase rollout that will include full Asset and Work Management for Engineering and Operations respectively, using the integrated AGL / CarteGraph enterprise suite.

Toronto has officially brought the ASSETview system on-line for use within the Transportation Services Department as Well as in conjunction with the Solid Waste Department, bringing the Warehouse of data collected earlier in the summer to the finger tips of the decision makers.
